Brown Belt Glitch+Duplicate item glitch

Ok so I was on a penguin that was named after my cousin's penguin so don't ask why it has a weird name.So,I was looking at it's items and came across something weird.The brown belt was in the head items catagory!But then I clicked it and turned out to be the EPF earpiece.Also,the white pirate hat is duplicated.Here's the pic and don't ask about the name,my cousin is a girl and I was 10 years old making my first Club penguin account.

Yeah,it's called "ms"but I told you about that e.e I didn't know much about vws and decided to make a penguin account.So I did.Well,what do you think about these two glitches?
