The Note on the Box

Hey,I was waddling around Club Penguin when I was at the beach.I was curious and clicked that note on a box.And then,a poster appeared!Here's what it looks like...

If you can't read it,it says: I be leavin' these tubes with ye! Me and Yarr be visitin' soon for Coins for Change! -Rockhopper and Yarr.Isn't that awesome?Maybe the tubes are so we can't steal the coins out of the baskets.Remember to leave a comment on what you think the tubes are for.And before I forget,here's what the box with tubes in and around it look like:
