Penguin Band at ice burg!

Hey penguins,Its hard to get the penguin band to show up on club penguin,unless you have time.So to get them on go to the ice burg every thirty minutes such as 8:00 or 8:30(ect...).They only stay for five minutes but you have to be there when they arrive other wise you cant and wont be able to see them.
